How does billing work?+
Basic and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment — no recurring charges, ever.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, anytime. Go to Settings → Manage Billing to cancel. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your account drops to the Free tier. Your session history and reports are never deleted.
What counts as a practice session?+
A session starts when you launch a scenario and begin the conversation with the AI recruiter. Ending a conversation and generating a feedback report completes the session. Replaying past sessions or re-reading reports never counts against your limit.
Do you offer refunds?+
If you're not happy within 14 days of a purchase — subscription or Lifetime — email us and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
What exactly does Lifetime include?+
Lifetime is a launch offer: pay once and get everything in Pro — unlimited sessions, voice mode, advanced analytics — for as long as PayRep exists, including future scenarios and features. It's capped to early adopters, so it may not be around forever.
What happens to my conversation data?+
Your practice conversations are private to your account and used only to generate your feedback reports and progress analytics. We never sell your data or share individual conversations. Aggregate, anonymized scores power features like platform averages.
